What method of data transfer can we use?

Clock in machines transfer all bookings to the time recording system via the Internet. The following connection options are currently available: LAN (cable), WLAN and mobile data. Please note that an Internet connection must be provided by you (the customer).

Why do I need RFID key fobs if we only want to use a fingerprint scanner?

RFID key fobs are required to register users at the clock in machine. Before you can register fingerprints, the key fob registration must be completed. Only then can you save the user’s fingerprint. Once this has been done, your team can continue to use their RFID key fobs to track their time or just their fingerprint, whichever they prefer.

Do we have to configure the devices before commissioning?

No. Every device is configured according to your requirements and is ready for immediate use. However, you need an internet connection to transfer the bookings from the terminal to the time recording system.

Can we purchase a clocking in machine?

No. Our clock in devices can only be rented.

What happens if our device stops working?

If you need technical support for your rented device, please contact our support team using this contact form. Our support staff will decide whether a replacement or remote maintenance is necessary. If a replacement is needed, it will be sent to you by post. Once the replacement device has arrived, please return the non-functioning terminal with all its accessories to us.
