Yes, you can create as many users as you like in TimeTac and therefore perfectly adapt the software to your company’s size. It means you only pay for what you need. If your company grows and the number of employees increases, you can adjust the number of users in TimeTac at any time.
Once registered, you will be able to try all of the features for 14 days from the day your account has been activated. You only need to add your payment details once you’ve decided to use our software. Your test account expires automatically at the end of the trial phase, and your data will be deleted if you choose not to use our software.
Your data is backed up on high-availability servers at ISO27001-certified hosting service providers. It is also stored on two separate servers and synchronised live. A fully automatic backup takes place once a day. It is monitored 24/7 to ensure the servers operate reliably. Your information is, therefore, protected from data loss and the best possible data security is guaranteed. The TimeTac software is also GDPR-compliant. No. Software setup, maintenance costs and software updates are already included in the price.
However, TimeTac offers additional optional services, such as Premium Support, which provides personal customer support via phone, live chat and email. If you opt for this service, there is an additional monthly fee per user. You can also rent employee clock in machines.
